Neuroimaging analysis in Python

neuroboros is a Python package for analyzing fMRI data on cortical surfaces and in standard volume spaces. It provides preprocessed datasets that download on demand, brain templates and searchlights, and tools for common analyses such as GLM, inter-subject correlation, and surface plotting.
